If you call or send us an email, we'll tell you right away if your dates are still available. If yes, we'll make a preliminary reservation for eight days (can be canceled anytime). We'll send you more information by regular mail and when you decide to pay the deposit, we'll make a firm reservation.

Parking on the property or in the garage is free of charge. Prices in EUR are for orientation only, the billing will be done in CZK.

Accommodation for one night only - add 50 CZK (approx. 1,8 EUR). Possibility to stay with a dog - 60 CZK/night (approx. 2,1 EUR) Loss of the key: 500 CZK (approx. 17,9).

The high season lasts from 30.6. to 31.8. and the week during New Year's Eve.  The low season lasts from 2.1. to 30.6, except the week during New Year's Eve. In high season - minimum one week stays, from Saturday till Saturday, arrival between 15 - 17 o'clock, departure till 10 o'clock. If you are late, please let us know before 16 o'clock by calling +420 605 555 638, otherwise you loose the right to stay. Another time of arrival can be agreed upon for low season stays during the reservation process. 

Deposit for the stay is 50% from the price. It is possible to pay by Credit Card or Certified Money order, more info will be sent with the reservation papers. The remaining 50% will be charged upon arrival and handing over of the keys from the cottage. The refundable damage deposit is 3000 CZK (approx. 107 EUR).

How you'll find us

- From Nachod: Take the road to Teplice nad Metuji - Dolni Adrspach. Once in Adrspach, you will see a large parking place on your right hand side, continue from there around 1 km in the same direction (Trutnov). You will see the Adrspach castle on your right hand side and a pond on your left hand side (sometimes without water). The cottage is the black and white half-timbered house on the left side, the first one after the pond (Number 74).

- From Trutnov: Take the road in the direction of Nachod and in Trutnov - Poric turn to the right to Chvalec + Adrspach
in summer: from Chvalec directly to Adrspach (on the crossroads by the church to the left uphill)
in winter: from Chvalec in the direction of Radvanice, Jivka, Janovice - Adrspach 
In the beginning of Horni Adrspach (Upper Adrspach) you will see VDO - Siemens offices - from there another 3 km in the direction of Adrspach (Skaly). Before the Adrspach Castle, you will see the large black and white house on the right hand side (the one where the rocks are).

- From Mezimesti: direction Teplice nad Metuji, Adrspach and further see above directions "From Nachod".

Cancellation policy 
Preliminary reservation – first contact, can be cancelled anytime by you, but we keep it for 8 days. If you want to keep it, you will have those 8 days to pay the deposit.
Firm reservation – after deposit payment, it can't be cancelled without fees.

Cancellation fees are calculated from the overall price.
Up to 21 days before the beginning of the stay - 200,- CZK (approx. 7,2 EUR - administrative fee)
From 20 – 10 days before the beginning of the stay - 10 % from the overall price
From 9 –1 days before the beginning of the stay - 20 % from the overall price
The day of the beginning of the stay - 30 % from the overall price

If you can't make it yourselves, you can find somebody else in your place, a substitute, upon agreement with us. In this case there are no cancellation fees.
